I had the pleasure of getting to know Bill while my mother was in Elderwood of Williamsville (she has since passed) . He was such a true gentleman, witty and smart. We had many discussions about how to improve the nursing home & Bill was very involved on representing the residents. We often chatted at the social events or while enjoying the sunshine outdoors. Your family was blessed to have had such a wonderful man in your lives. Our family will always remember Bill, he was truly a good man.
