Obituary of Kenneth N. Naab
NAAB - Kenneth N.
September 11, 2018. Ken was born on September 22, 1933, to Harold
and Mary Naab in Buffalo, NY. His interest in aviation started early when
he attended Hutch Tech High School in Buffalo. From there he attended
Purdue University where he earned a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering.
He married Shirley Kramer and then he launched a long and successful
career in aerospace. He worked at Bell Aerospace, Cornell Aeronautical
Labs and then retired from Calspan. In his spare time, he enjoyed building
and flying RCAs – radio controlled airplanes, which he worked on long
after he retired. Ken was predeceased by his daughter Ann Marie Inzana and
his parents, Harold and Mary Naab. He is survived by his wife of 63 years,
Shirley, daughter Barbara Naab-Dobner (Mike) and son James Naab
(Jennifer) and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also survived
by 2 brothers, Raymond (Margie) and Carl (Nena) Naab. The family will be
present to receive friends Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at BEACH-TUYN
FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5541 Main St. (at Cayuga Rd.), Williamsville. Friends
are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday morning at 9:30 in SS
Peter & Paul Church, Williamsville. Please assemble at church.
