FORMAN - Nancy T. (nee Tuyn)
August 1, 2018. Beloved wife of James C. Forman; loving mother of Arika (R.
Scott) Pevenstein and Andrea (William) Mahoney; cherished grandmother of
Warren Mahoney; dear sister of Carol (George) Crapple, Susan (Philip) Wick,
Daniel (Genie) Tuyn, Gretchen (Robert) Leto and the late Peter Tuyn; also
survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present to receive friends
Monday from 4-8 PM at BEACH-TUYN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5541 Main
Street (at Cayuga Rd.), Williamsville. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of
Christian Burial Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock in Christ the King Church, 30
Lamarck Dr., Amherst, 14226. Please assemble at church. In lieu of flowers,
memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association of WNY.
