July 7, 2018, cherished longtime companion of Matthew John Pasquarella; loving
daughter of Mary Ann and the late George Costanza; loving sister of Mark
(Sandy) and Richard (Phillip Woeppel) Costanza; adoring and proud aunt of
Adam, Allyson and David; dear friend of Edward Thompson. No prior visitation.
