John was a great guy! He was always happy and smiling, and had a good sense of humor. I first met John in 1966 when I started working at Hansen Appraisal, which was located in the Central Park Plaza. I enjoyed his company and his stories, which I still remember. After working at Hansen, I worked with John at HUD from 1971 until he retired. We were both real estate appraiser. I will always remember him and will keep him in my prayers.
