MRUK - Arlene M. (nee Dukat) May 26, 2012, beloved wife of Norbert J. Mruk; loving mother of Jeffrey (Terri) and Thomas (Ann) Mruk; dearest daughter of Marie and the late Alois Dukat; cherished grandmother of Katherine, Kristen, Kimberly, Lauren and Ashley Mruk; dear sister of Richard (Patricia) Dukat; sister-in-law of Mildred Mruk; also survived by two nieces and two grand-nieces. The family will be present to receive friends Tuesday 7-9 and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 at BEACH-TUYN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5541 Main St. (at Cayuga Rd.), Williamsville. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Gregory the Great Church. Memorials may be made to Hospice Foundation of WNY. Mrs. Mruk was a graduate of Bishop McMahon High School, Class of 1956. She worked as a secretary, bookkeeper and homemaker. She was a member of The Suburban Women's Bridge Club, The Home Bureau of Williamsville, Amherst Senior Citizens and Polka Boosters of Buffalo. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Gregory the Great Church, a member of The Adoration Chapel, a nursing home visitor, Divine Mercy Society, prayer chain group and The St. Gregory Senior Citizens group. Her pastimes included bridge, crafts, gardening and family activities.
