(nee Jakubiak) September 15, 2016, age 97, beloved wife of the late Victor Zapfel and Harold Broman; dear stepmother of Marilynn (late Richard) Horwood and James (Candace) Broman; cherished step-grandmother and great-grandmother; daughter of the late Joseph and the late Eva (nee Maturski) Jakubiak; sister of the late Stanley (late Felicia), Edmund (late Helen), Walter (late Marian) and Leon (late Sophie) Jakubiak; survived by loving nieces, nephews, and her loving kitty, Ivory. No prior visitation. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, October 1 at 11 AM in North Park Lutheran Church, 310 Starin Ave., Buffalo, NY. Friends invited.
