Michael and I were close friends at Canisius College where I got to know his enormous spirit. The memory of a kind, gentle and soulful man has been with me since then, a treasured friend who was never forgotten. My heartfelt condolences and sympathy to you on the loss of such a beloved man.

Mike was a classmate of mine at the seminary 1964-1968. He was the most humble and self-effacing person I have ever met. Always ready to make you smile when you were down, always ready to try to help. God rest the soul of this good man.
