I only knew Mike for a short while through his brother Joe and personally through his bake shop in Westfield, NY. Mike was a great chef, and funny guy. I enjoyed working with him and all of the tasty treats he made. My wife and I will miss Mike dearly. Our condolences go out to his entire family, and especially to my dearest friend Joe, for all of your loss.
