(Tracy) Fava Jr., Douglas (Barbara) Fava, MaryEllen (Michael) Forster and Melissa (John) Steblein; cherished grandfather of Sara, Emily, Jeremy, Edwin III, Katie Rose, Michael Jr., Heidi, Amy, John Jr. and Kyle; devoted great-grandfather of Adeline Rose; dear brother of Gino (Ann) Fava and Olga Dean. Mr. Fava was a past President of the WNY Nurseymen's Association and a long time employee of the Amherst Audubon Par 3 Golf Course.
