Condolences
Dear old friend, I was trying to look you up to catch up and talk about old Buff State times, and I found this unfortunate notice. May you rest in peace. You have been thought of fondly over the years and I am proud of all the service you have done. I pray for peace and solace for your family. To the Piazza family, you have my deepest sympathy. Sheila (Murph's classmate at Buff State)
Dear Basil and Mary Ann, We were so sorry to learn of Murph's death. Having lost our daughter, Colleen, at the same age, but due to illness, we know what you are experiencing at this difficult time. Just know that he is in a better place and that God does work in mysterious ways. Having worked at Maryvale with Basil, I know he is a strong individual and this will help as your life goes on. Our thoughts and prayers are with both of you and your wonderful family. Our daughters, Maureen and Kathleen, having known some of your children, share in our thoughts. We had hoped to see you to express our sympathy in person but were unable to do so. Just know that you will never forget, but it does get easier. Our love.
Dear Basil and Maryanne, Please know our heartfelt sympathy goes out in the loss of your beautiful son. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely Bill & Carol Grady
Mr Piazza and family: I would like to extend my deep condolences to you and your family. I did not know your son, but Mr. Piazza was my English teacher at Maryvale (I graduated in 1973). I really liked your class and thought the world of you and respected you. I am sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you at this time.
Dear Mr Piazza, I was saddened to learn of the passing of your son and under such circumstances. I am sure he is in God's hands. I don't know if you remember me, but i believe you were the assistant commanding officer where I served in the Army Reserves in Batavia. So many times I have thought of those days and was recently honored to be asked to share my experiences before a group of veterans from WWII to present and their spouses. I have two sons who are your son's age. I know your life will never be the same but i am sending my thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
