I have such wonderful memories of Mr. McIntosh from my childhood on MacArthur Drive! He ate the horrible french toast and eggs we made for him after Sandy's slumber parties, he used to fix my bicycle, drive us to the movies, buy us ice cream, play Marco Polo with us in his pool, watched"Happy Days" with us and put up with the spook houses we made in his basement. He was always passionate about Little League Football and helping kids. He always made me feel welcome into his home and would have something nice to say to me when he greeted me. I always remember him saying to us "Go outside and play while you can.... enjoy being a kid before you get too old." When I was a kid, I thought that was a hilarious thing to say, but I've said the same thing to my own kids as they grew up and I would always remember him when I would say it. God Bless you Mr. McIntosh. Thank you for being such a kind and caring person. May you rest in peace and I hope they have football in heaven!
