Condolences
Maryruth,Bob and Bill, What a privilege to have known your Mom and Dad. We met them in 1976 when Peggy moved next door. Just to hear the stories and the lessons learned was wonderful. Don's stories and wit made us all a little better for knowing him. Do you think he was planning another porch over the lake this summer? Enjoy your memories, he will be missed. Fondly, Luke and Bev Luther
Mary Ruth~ Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. God bless you and guide you through your grief. You are a very special woman and I am sure your father had much to do with the person you are and for that we are grateful.
without my UNCLE DON to be around and help me with math and my studies I'd still be in High school. Both of them were were there for me and anybody else who needed the help. Most of all, I'll miss the hurricane drills at the Lake when I was a kid..most of all I'll just plain ole miss him....love to my great cousins bob tanner
Dear Family, We met Don just a few short summers ago when we became neighbors at the lake. We all feel so fortunate to have spent some time getting to know Don. His stories were both interesting and funny; we couldn't have asked for a nicer neighbor. We will all miss him. Our condolences to your family from ours. Dottie and Family
Dear Mary Ruth: Ben and I would like you to know that we are thinking of you and your loss. We didn't know him however we both agree that he was a wonderful person because he raised his daughter to be a kind, caring, loving person. Our hearts go out to you. Cheryl Wilmet Ben Loucks
Bob, Bill, Maryruth & families: You know how much I loved your Dad. Your parents made living at the lake so much more. I will always be grateful for knowing both your parents. I know how much you will miss them. Thinking of you all at this time and I wish I could be there with you to remember some of the old times. Like Don showing off doing a somersault on the side hill to show off to some of Maryruth's friends.

Such fun we had. Our thoughts and prayers for the family at this difficult time. All our love, Jan and Pete
