I am writing to send my condolences regarding the loss of your precious daughter Marie. She came into this world as a perfect little angel and we knew she would only be with you for a short time but each moment was precious and I feel so fortunate to have cared for both of you at the hospital. You and your family made a very brave and difficult decision and handled it with such a positive outlook. You all made such an impression on me and I have thought of your angel many times over the last month. My thoughts are with you and your family and may your angel watch over you until you meet again.
