To all of the family: I just found out joyce had passed, i am sorry for your loss. I have known your family over 20 years and have seen so many changes. Joyce is by far one the most giving and loving people i have known. My heart is heavy with her passing as well as Richards. Please accept my sincerly apologies that i did not make it.
