Husband of the late Jeanette Bulleigh; father of William (Diane "Dee Dee"), Robert Bulleigh, Patricia Ward and James (Elizabeth) Bulleigh; grandfather of Michele (Robert) Vishion; great-grandfather of RJ Vishion. Mr. Bulleigh was the executive director of the Buffalo Association for the Blind from 1968 to 1975 and a past member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Buffalo.
