Ida was my aunt on my fathers side. Although separated by many miles, I had occasion to visit with Ida and Bill as well as their kids. For some reason whoever wrote the obit left out her three brothers, Elmer, Bill and Herb. If anyone is reading this, and wishes to contact me, please email.

My deepest condolences to the Christie family, may you find comfort in prayer and the beautiful words of Isaiah 25:8 where God promises us that He will soon eliminate all death and suffering.

I had only a brief acquaintance with Ida some years ago when I chaired the BPO Stabilization Committee. She was a genuinely kind, interested person. I am better for having had even this brief acquaintance. Please accept my sincerest condolences.
