Eleanor was the closest cousin I had and we kept in touch until the end. She and Cy visited back and forth with us in Florida in our retirement years. Even though I grew up in California (my mother Margaret was Jessie's sister) she was special to me.

So shocked to see Ellie's obituary as just talked with her last week. She and Cy were dear friends and wonderful people. We played golf with them, bowled with them, and played lots of bridge especially with Ellie. Loved them both. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family - she will be missed but we are all blessed to have had her in our lives.

Eleanore was a beautiful lady inside and out. Always had such a lovely smile and kind words. She was (is) an inspiration to all those who knew her. I will always remember Gail's mom and dad as wonderful people. God Bless and she is now with her creator and soul mate in heaven - I know she will be there!

The good Lord and your dad are indeed graced with the welcoming of your mother yesterday, 4-20-2015. She was a very caring and bubbly person, and a joy to know. I (Sue) had known her for about 40 years and enjoyed every minute of my time of knowing her. We use to have group birthday parties for several of us in the neighborhood, and we all had a grand time. May she now rest in peace and comfort, with your dad, also a very cherished person to us. Our blessings to all of you. We are pleased to know all of you as well.
