Dan, you were an awesome cousin and I miss you so much. Thank you for always checking up on me and my family. I enjoyed visiting with you on a recent trip to Buffalo. I love and miss you Dan!

I am sorry for your loss, Dan was a good man. He loved his country, family, and what he did. I flew many hours with him and it’s a sad day knowing he left this world so early. One more hero angel to look over us all, now heaven has one more solider to keep it safe. Our prayers are now with his family, hopefully knowing he will be missed, appreciated by so many, will bring a little peace in your hearts in this difficult time. Rest In Peace Dan!!!

Ephemeral

Dear Dan, our lives are ephemeral. We think that we can live forever; but, this is just a fallacy. We find family and friends in our path as we live. We enjoy things, cry, and have pain. And at the end it has been ephemeral.

In retrospect, we play by the rules and live and love according to the norms. And at the end our reward on earth is ephemeral. Dan, we met and laughed. And I feel how ephemeral it was. I have had too much to tell you and our lives are too short. We surely laughed and played by the rules and it was ephemeral. We will miss you.
