My deepest sympathy to the entire Burr family on the passing of Chuck. I worked many years with him at Buffalo Raceway and The Syracuse Mile. The good times were plentiful-whether it be at work, at the local watering hole or an the golf course. The laughter and the jokes are memories. He was a great guy and will be missed.
