CAVARETTA - Peter N. January 18, 2014, beloved husband of 62 years to Therese M. (nee Gorzynski) Cavaretta; cherished father of Linda Scamurra (Kenneth Weatherbee), Bruce (Diana) Cavaretta, Madeleine (Daniel) Wood and the late Louis Cavaretta; loving grandfather of six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; devoted brother of Jean Cross and the late Charles Cavaretta and the late Constance Niehls. The family will be present to receive friends Sunday (today) from 4-7 PM at BEACH-TUYN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 5541 Main St. (at South Cayuga Rd.), Williamsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:30 AM in St. Gregory the Great Church, 200 St. Gregory Court, Williamsville, NY. Please assemble at church. Mr. Cavaretta was a proud Army WWII veteran and a Purple Heart recipient. Flowers gratefully declined.
