Jerry and I worked together at Doyle for many years. We shared long drives with great military stories and I learned all about Jerry,s family. You could always depend on Jerry to know the best restaurants in any city. Charlotte and Jerry opened their home to many of us and shared wonderful gourmet meals. Jerry was always a straight arrow. When I joined Doyle in 1986, Jerry helped me learn the business. He was a dedicated employee, loved his family, taught me how to properly dry meat and enjoyed talking about his military service and wife/children. He had an endless supply of energy (and stories).
