I am deeply sorry to hear about Jim's passing. He will be remembered as being so full of life and energy. Jim had a wonderful sense of humor which he shared to lighten a day. Jim was an exceptional man to work with; someone who gave his all to his team and peers. We missed him so when he retired; yet happy that he was able to journey to the next road of retirment. A wonderful man; may he rest in eternal peace.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful and kind family member. I know he will be greatly missed and was loved by many. He was a very kind and thoughtful person from what I have heard. Know that you're in my thoughts at this sad time.

My sincere sympathies go out to the Lanphears. Hearing about how much of a wonderful man he was, I greatly regret not getting to have known him more. I'm so sorry for your loss and I hope you will be able to find comfort in each other during this sad time.

Dear Lanphear Family, I am so sorry for the unexpected loss of Jimmy. He was a wonderful man who always loved and took care of his family. It breaks my heart beyond words that he is no longer with us--as his first cousin once removed, I have known him my entire life and can attest to the fact that he was the most kind-hearted, warm and compassionate person I have ever had the honor to know, and life will not be the same without his caring soul. My deepest condolences to those who loved and appreciated Jimmy's giving nature. The wonderful memories we have of him have left a legacy that cannot be taken away by his sudden death. I am sure that his brother, Father William Lanphear, met him at the gates of heaven and escorted him to the place of eternal peace and happiness that he so deserves. I know the pain that you're going through and wish I could somehow take it away from you. Remember all the good things that you can, and let only those good memories fill you up and replace the pain when it comes. You know, Jimmy wouldn't want you to be sad for too long.
