Obituary of Chester W. Kurnik

KURNIK - Chester W. October 18, 2011, beloved husband of the late Isabelle E. (Guminski) Kurnik; loving father of Margaret (Aldo) Mannoni, Virginia (Michael) Dugan and the late Richard Kurnik; cherished grandfather of Eric Mannoni; brother of the late Stephen (Kathleen) Kurnik; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. The family will be present to receive friends Friday 4-8 PM at BEACH-TUYN FUNERAL HOME INC., 5541 Main St., (at Cayuga Rd.), Williamsville, where prayers will be offered Saturday at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in SS. Peter and Paul Church at 9:30. Chester was the former owner of Alum Casting in Lancaster for 32 years and a veteran of FDR's Civilian Conservation Corps., Camp 49 at Letchworth State Park.
