Maximillian M. Mathis passed away on January 29, 2013 at his residence in Williamsville, NY. Born on November 19, 1991, he is the son of Janet Snyder of Portage, OH and Michael Mathis of Buffalo, NY. Max is survived by his parents; stepfather, Tim; stepmother, Eileen; siblings, Josh, Jenny, and Henry Mathis; grandmother, Barb Mathis of Boca Raton, FL.; aunts and uncles, Ann (John) Lehan of East Berlin, PA; Tom (Debbie) Merriam of Morristown, NJ; Kathy Mathis of Boca Raton, FL; Cheryl (Jim) Magrum of Portage, OH; Cindy (Tim)Goldfish of Manassas, VA, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Lee and Roy Merriam of Spring Grove, PA and grandfather, Gerry Mathis of Webster, NY. Max excelled at baseball, enjoyed gaming, and attended Erie Community College. He was a friend of many and is a beloved son. A memorial service will take place June 8th, at 11 a.m., under the Pavilion at Veteran's Memorial Park, 3100 Atlantic Avenue, Penfield, NY, Friends are invited
