I am sorry to hear about the passing of your father. He used to sit in the pew in front of our family at St Greg's during Lent. My Father would DRAG 7 children out of bed every morning during Lent to attend 7:00 Mass. He'd be in our driveway honking the horn by 6:50 (neighbors loved us!) & we'd speed off to church. Every morning we'd walk into church 5 mins late. One morning the priest stopped mass to scold us for always being late & if for once we could ever be on time - obviously the man didn't have 7 children. Your father turned around & look at us with a BIG smile & said how impressed he was that we were even there. He made a big impression on me that day.
