June 22, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Betty M. (Payne) Parks; dear brother of

Shirley (late Timothy) O’Connor, Clarice (Ronald) Foster and the late Richard (late Dorothy),

Jack and Donald Parks; also survived by nieces and nephews.
