Condolences
Richard .... we will miss you deeply! We only just now learned of your passing. Richard was the best man at our wedding as well as godfather to our son David. That was a role he filled ably and lovingly for our son as well as numerous others. I would post a picture with Richard from our wedding, but there is one problem ... Richard was also the photographer! There are so many memories, The Hog Farm, always remember the Hog Farm. The time you showed up unannounced to help us move into our new house; the weekend we met in Erie PA and toured the Niagara and wandered the beaches – herding seagulls, the talk of the "Philosophy Firm" we were going to establish! Then there was the music book with the “obscure” Irish tunes, I did learn several from the book, including Walsh's Hornpipe which I regularly performed with my band. We will miss your presence, but your spirit will always be with us.

Dearest Uncle Dick
You will always be remembered by us as the member of the family who delivered fair weather with a smile, and a twinkle in your eyes often reflected in Endla's gaze.
You will always be part of our lives, part of celebrating Christmas and snow time in Williamsville, family life and good things.
Your friendship with Uncle Paul was built solid through your years in Williamsville and after. How beautiful it was how the two of you would share your dreams!
We miss you very much.
Love,
Erika, Paolo & Matteo
So sad that you passed away uncle Dick. You are a beautiful soul. A great friend. I have very nice memories of Christmas together with Paul ( your childhood friend) you would talk about the boats you built with Paul and going on the lake fishing. Your face would light up!!
May you Rest In Peace. You will not be forgotten!!
My condolences to the Walsh family
Chris and Peter,
Saddened to read of your brother's passing. You and your family are in my prayers at this most difficult time
Our friendship with Richard formed when we were students at Niagara University together. In the more than 50 years that have passed since then, we have shared a lifetime of fun filled adventures and experiences with him. He was the best man at our wedding and godfather to our daughter. His humor, intelligence and generosity have enriched our lives. We are greatly saddened with his passing and wish to express deepest sympathy to his mother Rosemary and all of the Walsh family.
