Of Buffalo, NY, born October 1921, passed away March 1, 2020 after a stay at Queen’s Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was 98 years old. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Constance E. Beaman. He was the loving father of Dawn (Donald), Fred (Patricia) and David (Grace). Beloved grandfather of Patrick (Alison), Whitney, David (Kathy), Robert (Dora), Michael, Matthew (Katie), and several great- grandchildren. Dear friend of Sara Epling. He was a WWII Navy Veteran and retired from the Reserves with the grade of Lieutenant Commander. He was an Electrical Engineer and worked 38 years at Westinghouse where he retired as a Fellow Engineer. A Funeral Service will be held in Cleveland Heights Christian Church, 4774 Union Rd., Cheektowaga 14225 on Thursday morning, April 2, 2020 at 11 o’clock followed by interment at Lancaster Rural Cemetery next to his wife. Memorials may be made to the church.
