Condolences
Sorry to read about John’s passing. I’m 76 years old and grew up directly across from the Tuyn’s on Highland Drive in Williamsville. I had known John since I was born. He had wonderful parents, Stella and Adrian who were very classy and set high standards for John. Both John and his parents always looked out for the neighborhood kids and set a role model for excellence. John became my doctor when his office was at Lovejoy & Harlem and he was a great doctor. Over the years I ran into him a few times at the casino and in Canada. John was always warm and friendly and would always ask questions about the old neighborhood people. It’s hard to think about my life and growing up without thinking about John and his parents. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed.

I am very sorry to hear of Dr. Tuyn's passing.
He was our family doctor, as well as a Dictograph alarm business customer.
He helped us a great deal when my father passed.
I will always remember his compassion.
Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss.
Sincerely,
Tom Krzeminski
Dear Amy, My deepest condolences for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers in your time of sorrow.
Dear Elaine, Andrea and Amy,
Russell and I were truly saddened to hear about John's passing. Although we did not know him well, the memorial video showed us a loving and caring husband and father who's love will live on forever in your hearts and memories. Because of the distance between us we are unable to celebrate John's life with you, but please know we wish you peace and comfort during this hard time.
Warmly,
Russell and Lorraine Kitchner
Dear Tuyn family,
I'm so sorry to read of Dr. Tuyn's passing. He was my Dr. when I was growing up and he had an office at 1017 Lovejoy St in Buffalo. He was the best, always listened to me AND never used the tongue depresser on me, he knew I hated that!
I saw him at Tim Hortons in Williamsville one day several years ago and walked up to him.....he remembered me. To this day, I've always thought of him as the best Dr. I ever had.
My your memories of him always bring a smile to your face!
God Bless
Warmth, compassion, skill and good humor were all hallmarks of John's relationship with our family. He was a blessing to all and will be deeply missed. My heartfelt condolences to the Tuyn family.
Dear Elaine and family:
